STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS
| DIMENSIONS: | Length 12200mm (40’) x 2500mm (8’ 2 ½”) wide. Deck height designed to suit turntable height of prime mover. |
| CHASSIS: | Fabricated ‘I’ Beam with130mmx 12mm top flange and 130mm x16mm bottom flange. |
| SAFETY CABLES: | Spring tensioned, plastic coated safety cable connected between front and rear twist lock brackets each side of trailer. |
| CROSSMEMEBERS: | 100mm x 45mm RSJ with bolted-in 150 UC 30.0 and 200 UB 25.4 container beams to suit 1 x 40ft, 2 x 20ft, or 1 x 20ft. Option: Extra pairs of 1 x 20ft. Beams. |
| FLOOR: | 3mm chequer cover plate over skidplate and suspension areas. |
| AXLES: | York Model 2782 – 20” Spider. Option: Various Axle brands and models available. |
| TYRES: | Nil. (Range available). |
| RIMS: | Nil. (Range of steel spider, 10 stud steel or aluminum rims available). |
| SUSPENSION: | York MT75 8’1” Spring Tri-axle cast steel overslung. Option: Various spring or air suspension brands available. |
| KING PIN: | 50mm Jost bolt in (D-value 190kN) with bolt-on turntable block. |
| BRAKES: | Air brake Corp Tri-axle to ADR 38/02 specifications. Option: Road train brake kit. |
| LANDING LEGS: | Jost A400 Series |
| TYRE CARRIER: | Dual type with chains, hinged on rubber bushes. |
| TOOLBOXES: | Additional toolboxes may be fitted. |
| WATER TANK: | One X 60 litre galvanized. Option: Plastic water tank available. |
| MUDGUARDS: | Pressed steel guards over suspension and pressed aluminum tread plate mudguards with mudflaps front and Rear of suspension. |
| LIGHTS: | Lights (wired in conduit), Reflectors, and Rear Marker Plates conforming to all relevant Australian Design Rules. |
| PAINT: | Trailer is deburred and fully sandblasted prior to painting with Etch Primer undercoat and PPG 2K-finish coat to Fleet or Customer colours (with scrollwork to suit). Option: Various finishes are available including Metallics, Clear Over Base, and Chemical resistant paints. |
| OTHER OPTIONS: | Hubodometer, Spray Suppressant Plastic Mudguards and Flaps, Ringfeeder (bracket only or complete), Spare Tyre Clamp. |
